Xerox Litigation Services started in 2002 as Amici LLC, an e-discovery technology company, and was acquired by Xerox Corporation in 2006. As the e-discovery services division of Xerox, we have become one of the largest and most innovative providers of e-discovery technology and supporting services. We leverage hundreds of millions of dollars annually in Xerox R&D, along with the industry’s largest in-house development team, to bring rapid advancements to our technologies and processes – that save clients time and money, reduce risk and enable better e-discovery results.
In July 2012, Xerox acquired Houston-based Lateral Data – known for its flagship e-discovery software, Viewpoint. With this acquisition, Xerox has further strengthened its global e-discovery footprint, now providing corporations and law firms with a full range of services and technology to manage matters of all sizes and complexities in-house or via an outsourced model.
